A high-school English teacher's students always play tricks on him because of his carabao English. He meets and falls in love with a fellow teacher without realizing that she's already engaged to marry someone else. Frustrated, he tries to kill himself, and his fairy godmother appears and suggests that he say "I love you three times a day" to the special someone he would like to fall in love with him.
