After reading a magazine article, Aizawa Haru falls in love with Oji Kazuhiro, a member of a popular band. Driven by a single desire—“I want to meet Oji”—she quits her stable corporate job and becomes a freelance writer.
Her wish finally comes true, and she manages to get to know Oji. Before she realizes it, she has somehow ended up becoming the person who looks after him in everyday life. Then, after a certain incident, Oji proposes to her, and they decide to get married!? However, on the day of their wedding, Oji tells her, “Even if we’re married, it’s fine if we don’t do anything physical, right?” Haru ends up walking down the aisle in the truest sense of the phrase: a real “virgin road.”
Troubled by a newlywed life that is not just “sexless” but practically “sex zero,” Haru tries to confide in her friends, Matsuoka Fuyumi, a married hair-and-makeup artist with children, and Kiriyama Akina, who works at a foreign-owned company. But it turns out that both women are carrying deep worries of their own…
